Changelog:
- Fix installation state during forced resynchronization that looses
pushToken.service, causing Huawei subscribers to no longer be properly pushable.
This bug only affects subscribers whose device is using Huawei Mobile Services Push Kit, if support was configured by the developer.
Subscribers whose device is using Firebase Cloud Messaging are not affected because FCM is the default service in case the push token does not mention a specific service.
Additionally, only subscribers whose device were forced to resynchronization are affected. This is a manual process WonderPush seldom uses.
