Scheduling a notification in the future is achieved from the Notifications creation page Schedule tab by choosing a Calendar trigger:
You must then choose when to send the notification on the calendar:
Scheduled notifications are inactive by default.
You must activate the notification from the Notifications page if you want the notification to be sent.
When you choose a date and time in the calendar, it is according to the timezone set in your profile. To change this timezone, head over to the Profile section of the dashboard, choose Edit and set your timezone:
Sometimes it is more appropriate to send according to the user timezone. This is achieved via the Advanced tab of the Notifications page and a setting labelled “Send according to user's timezone”:
When this setting is enabled and you've scheduled the notification to be sent at 10am, it will be sent at 10am in the target user's timezone regardless of the timezone specified in your profile.
